The following are the Terms and Conditions of orders placed with Shaver-repais.co.uk
On ordering from shaver-repairs.co.uk you confirm your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
All images on this site are reproduced with a view to portraying our products as accurately as possible. Please be aware that designs may vary slightly, from those shown, due to normal design and production fluctuations.
Goods will be dispatched on receipt of cleared payment.
Delivery charges are:
Standard UK delivery - FREE
Before 1:00pm next working day £5.00
Worldwide- £5.00 per order
Standard UK delivery is arranged through Royal Mail First Class .
Before noon next day(on orders received before 2pm that day) is arranged through Royal Mail Special Delivery A signature will be required on receipt of goods. If a delivery is unsuccessful, then a card is left to arrange collection or redelivery.
International delivery is arranged through UK Royal Mail International Recorded Delivery. A signature will be required on receipt of goods. Delivery times can vary, from 2-14 working days.
Shaver-repairs.co.uk. is not responsible for any currency conversion charges imposed as a result of this.
Payments placed online will be placed on Protex Secure Server. On this service, all credit / debit card details are transmitted using SSL, the universally recognized security system for transmitting encrypted information over the Internet. Submitted details are processed directly by Barclaycard Merchant Services. Details are encrypted with 1024-bit PGP and transmitted to Barclaycard Merchant Services. Shaver-repairs.co.uk never actually see your credit / debit card details.
Please note that Internet host IP addresses are recorded for security reasons when placing an order online.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that any details that you submit to us are kept secure. The details that you submit to us will be kept to process orders only.
Shaver-repairs.co.uk will not knowingly pass on any details we hold on customers or web site visitors to any third parties. We protect the privacy of this personal information using our highly secure, password-protected servers.
We may use the addresses submitted to us to occasionally notify you about important functionality changes to the Shaver-repairs.co.uk web site, new services and special offers we think you'll find valuable.
We monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of the Shaver-repairs.co.uk web site.
We operate a 7 days return period as explained below.
In order to cancel your Order, you must notify us by email email@example.com or Telephone within 7 days of receipt of your order.
After receipt of the unwanted goods your credit or debit card account will be re-credited as soon as possible and in any event within the above 7 day period.
If you cancel your order you must take good care of the Goods and must return them unused with all seals and presentation packaging intact to us at your own expense by recorded delivery within 30 days of cancellation of your order. If the Goods have been damaged whilst in your possession then you will be liable for the cost of repairing that damage.
Damaged or Faulty on Delivery
You should examine the Goods upon your receipt of them. If the Goods are faulty or damaged you must notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone on 0121 378 0900 within seven working days of your receipt of the Goods. We will provide you with full return and replacement details.
The above conditions are in addition to your statutory rights which are not affected.
Terms and conditions for postal repairs
Please Telephone us or submit an online estimate before posting a repair using our freepost address.
On receipt of your shaver we will examine it. If cost is no more than any estimate given we will repair and notify you when repair is ready for dispatch.
We will not carry out a repair which is more than the estimate without your consent.
All estimates are free of charge but we will require a payment of £2.00 to cover costs of any shaver returned unrepaired.
All repairs are guaranteed on labour and parts fitted for 6 months.
Repairs are normally returned within 72 hours of receipt this is subject to availably of spares.
Goods not received
Please notify us if you have not received goods within 72 hours of your order.
None delivery or shortage of orders must be reported to us within 21 days of your order failure to do this may mean we are unable to supply a replacement.
Shaver-repairs.co.uk .will not tolerate any attempts to obtain goods by fraudulent means. Any fraudulent action will be reported to the relevant authorities.
